When does Cadence open up?
Invites go out in batches every Tuesday. The private beta is small on purpose: we onboard every workspace ourselves and watch how the first month goes.
What do I get for joining the waitlist?
Your founding price, locked for the life of the account, two weeks of the Team plan when you get in, and a say in what we build next: waitlist members vote on the roadmap in public.
Where does my customers' feedback live?
In a Postgres database in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit, never used to train models. You can export everything as CSV or JSON, or delete it, at any time.
Can I connect the tools my team already uses?
Yes. Slack, Linear, Jira, HubSpot and Intercom on the Team plan; email forwarding and a REST API with webhooks on both plans.
What happens to the price after the beta?
Nothing, for as long as you keep the account. New signups pay more once we launch; everyone who joined the waitlist keeps the founding price.
